Today's card is Majestic Dragon, a 1 star, Light Dragon tuner monster with 0 ATK and 0 DEF. His effect is cut and dry; he CAN'T be used for a synchro summon unless it's for a "Majestic" synchro monster. For the record, there are only two: Majestic Star Dragon and Majestic Red Dragon. However difficult that may be, it actually isn't. Just have either Stardust or Red Dragon on the field, summon this, then activate "One for one", to special summon a Level 1 monster from your deck.
